New collection design.
During the manufacturing process, every piece of natural wood is hand-picked for premium quality and durability.
For the shaping of each individual item, we use a combination of cutting-edge CNC technologies and traditional handmade techniques.

The personalisation phase starts with the logo and custom engraving of your choice on the temples of the wooden sunglasses.
The coarsely-cut wood frame is then finished by hand, for a perfect fit around the temples and nose pad.
A special hypo-allergenic paint is spread on the frame, for extra smoothness and hydro-protection.

The temples are connected to the frame using spring stainless steel hinges, for superior comfort and increased durability.
Your choice of lenses, from our wide range of high-quality, UVA & UVB protective lenses in a variety of colours, are finally applied to the frame to complete your personalised pair of DOUBLE O.
The finishing touches: each personalised pair of DOUBLE O wooden sunglasses is closely inspected by our specialists for quality purposes, before it’s placed into its own hand-crafted DOUBLE O wooden box.
